Work location: Montérégie, QC - Hybrid

Salary: $75,000 to $85,000

Position type: Permanent

Our client is a well-established organization in the Montérégie region, recognized for the strength of its financial operations and the rigor of its internal processes. The company operates in an environment where effective cash management and monitoring of cash flows are essential to overall performance. It is now looking to strengthen its team by adding a Treasury Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day treasury operations and cash flow activities
  • Perform bank reconciliations and transaction monitoring
  • Oversee the recording of invoices and electronic payments
  • Monitor accounts receivable and analyze overdue payments
  • Document problematic files and recommend corrective actions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies
  • Maintain up-to-date customer information and account terms
  • Plan and optimize short- and medium-term liquidity (multi-currency)
  • Monitor financing agreements and related obligations
  • Conduct credit analyses for new customers
  • Participate in periodic financial close processes
  • Identify and propose process improvements

Skills and qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and/or treasury
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bilingualism required (French and English, spoken and written)
  • Strong analytical skills and a high level of curiosity
  • Autonomy, rigor, and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team and manage priorities effectively
  • High level of discretion in handling sensitive information
