Your Role on the Team:
The Technical Services and Customer Relations Manager is responsible for the installation and service department and for coordinating activities between production, delivery, and on-site installation with contractors. The role also includes overseeing customer service and communicating with all departments to ensure the smooth operation of company activities.
Key Challenges and Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients by phone or in person, analyze and understand their needs.
- Efficiently coordinate service calls (work orders, billing).
- Monitor staff workload and travel schedules.
- Manage projects.
- Prepare repair estimates and quotations.
- Work closely with sales representatives, clients, the manufacturing department, and installers.
- Plan installation schedules following approval of shop drawings by the general contractor.
- Maintain constant communication with the general contractor.
- Manage change orders, additions, and necessary modifications according to site instructions.
- Update all work orders and follow up with clients.
- Compile billing information (hours worked, reports, photos) and ensure timely invoicing.

Skills and qualifications :
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Mechanical knowledge (metal structures, electrical, hydraulic systems) – an asset
- Experience in the construction industry – an asset
