Duties & Responsabilities :
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for blue-collar and white-collar positions in Canada and the US.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and provide regular updates throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare and post job descriptions in both French and English on various recruitment platforms.
- Implement attraction strategies to identify top talent for each role.
- Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience by answering questions and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Perform reference and background checks.
- Source candidates for complex roles and build a talent pipeline for future needs.
- Represent the organization at job fairs and recruitment events.
- Identify the best job boards based on recruitment needs.
- Collaborate with recruitment agencies when required.
- Create recruitment visuals (e.g., 'We’re hiring' images for social media).
- Oversee the collection of onboarding documents.
- Work with HR team members and hiring managers to continuously improve recruitment practices.

Skills and qualifications :
- Certificate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Fully bilingual; French and English required.
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience.
- Experience in high-paced, high-volume recruitment; essential.
- Agency recruitment experience (asset).
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; self-motivated and creative.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize.
- Ability to adapt to learning new software.
