Job description :

Within the context of the ongoing evolution and structuring of our client sales operations, the Sales & Operations Coordinator ensures consistency, efficiency, and performance across operational processes.

The incumbent acts as a central coordination point between internal teams to optimize execution, improve operational predictability, and support the company’s structured growth.

This role directly contributes to strengthening organizational efficiency and enabling leadership to focus on strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Coordination:

  • Ensure seamless coordination between Sales, Order Management, and Service
  • Follow up and ensure the efficiency and responsiveness of the SERVICE
  • Help expand and improve the SERVICE “at large” (Dispatch, stock, certification)
  • Monitor timelines related to orders, deliveries, and installations
  • Anticipate operational challenges and propose structured solutions
  • Maintain proactive communication between field teams and administrative departments

2. Systems Governance & Administrative Rigor:

  • Ensure optimal use of Salesforce (CRM)
  • Maintain data consistency and integrity between Salesforce and SAP (ERP)
  • Contribute to the improvement of order management processes
  • Participate in documenting and standardizing internal procedures

3. Optimization & Continuous Improvement:

  • Analyze operational KPIs (timelines, efficiency, coordination)
  • Identify workflow improvement opportunities
  • Support the implementation of operational standards aligned with corporate best practices

4. Support to Strategic Initiatives:

  • Coordinate sales & operational aspects of major demonstrations and trade shows
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Chef on technical event logistics
  • Support the execution of special projects and national initiatives
