Main responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, to ensure transaction accuracy and optimal cash flow management.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes, ensuring efficiency and long-term financial sustainability.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Ensure payroll processing is accurate and compliant, including management of benefits and deductions.
• Manage tax obligations, including the preparation and filing of tax returns, in compliance with applicable regulations.

Skills and qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.
• CPA designation (an important asset).
• 3+ years of relevant experience within the healthcare sector.
• Ability with a financial ERP (Sage 300 is an asset).
• Proficiency in both French and English is essential.
• Leadership skills for managing and motivating a team.
