Main responsibilities :
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, to ensure transaction accuracy and optimal cash flow management.
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes, ensuring efficiency and long-term financial sustainability.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Ensure payroll processing is accurate and compliant, including management of benefits and deductions.
- Manage tax obligations, including the preparation and filing of tax returns, in compliance with applicable regulations.

Skills and qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.
- CPA designation (an important asset).
- 3+ years of relevant experience within the healthcare sector.
- Ability with a financial ERP (Sage 300 is an asset).
- Proficiency in both French and English is essential.
- Leadership skills for managing and motivating a team.
