Job description :

 Primary Function:

 The Field Supervisor manages activities in existing installations, modernizations, and new installations, ensuring safety, cost improvement, and customer satisfaction to achieve branch objectives. Responsible for field employee management, coaching, training, and health and safety compliance.

Responsibilities:

1. Safety and Supervision:

• Guide field employees with mentorship and constructive feedback.
• Coach employees on safety, quality, and productivity methods.
• Identify and deliver training for employee needs.
• Make sound decisions to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and ensure safety compliance in field work.

1. Financial Management:

• Manage work within the financial budget.
• Maximize business results of the field technician workforce.

1. Process and Quality Management:

• Monitor job completion checkpoints and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Manage field audits for compliance.

1. Customer Service and External Relations:

•  Collaborate with property management/building owners.
• Interpret customer concerns and mobilize necessary resources.
• Ensure prompt and professional communication with customers.

Skills and qualifications :

• Post-secondary education in business or engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in the elevator industry or a similar field.
