Job description :

In this customer-facing, field-based role, you will support clients in the Quebec region at hospitals, laboratories, surgical centers, and other customer sites by maintaining, troubleshooting and calibrating complex mechanical, electromechanical, and electronic equipment. You will play a key role in delivering a high-quality customer experience and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, including diagnostics, repair, adjustment, and equipment certification.
• Troubleshoot and service standard and specialized equipment and system components.
• Complete upgrades, warranty, and service calls in a timely and efficient manner.
• Communicate proactively with customers and internal teams to ensure issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for additional services or solutions.
• Complete required service documentation and administrative tasks.

Skills and qualifications :

• High school diploma with 2+ years in a technical/mechanical role.
• Bilingual English/French (Quebec) with a valid driver’s license.
• Available for flexible hours, travel, and U.S. training.
• Strong technical, problem-solving, and communication skills; able to work independently.
• Comfortable working in a hospital environment
