Job description :

Our client is a company specializing in industrial maintenance and hygiene services is looking for her new Customer Satisfaction and Account Manager. This role involves the operational, relational, and financial management of a portfolio of B2B clients.

Your role:

  • Manage day-to-day operations at client sites and ensure compliance with contractual agreements and quality standards.
  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and follow-ups to optimize operational and financial performance.
  • Supervise maintenance staff: onboarding, training, evaluation, schedule management, and performance monitoring.
  • Apply and enforce occupational health and safety standards.
  • Maintain proactive customer relations, manage requests, complaints, and urgent situations.
  • Participate in contract renewals and identify opportunities for additional services.
  • Produce reports, ensure administrative follow-up, and collaborate with billing to ensure the accuracy of files.

Working hours: Monday to Friday - Flexible working hours

Job location: Laval / Remote / On the road - Flexible locations

Salary: 70k

Skills and qualifications :

  • 2-3 years or more of experience in overall operations management in a unionized business services/housekeeping field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and leadership skills
  • Comfortable in a field-based, multi-site, customer service-oriented environment
  • Independent, highly motivated, and results-oriented
  • Knowledge of OHS practices
  • Knowledge of industrial cleaning and hygiene services (an asset)
  • Bilingual in French/English (an asset)
