We’re hiring for our partner, a specialized company in the construction materials sector.

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle client inquiries, support order processing, coordinate with suppliers, and provide internal technical support across teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Respond to client questions (product specs, availability, order status, documents)
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up with suppliers
• Manage returns, complaints, and sales-related issues
• Advise clients on product selection and specs
• Produce and submit partition drawings for approval
• Provide internal and distributor support (software, tech questions)

Habiletés et qualifications :

• At least 2 years of customer service experience
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Organized, proactive, adaptable, and a team player
• Comfortable with technical topics and profitability tools
• Bilingual (French/English)
• Plumbing product knowledge is a strong asset
