We are seeking a Vice President of Sales to drive the commercial expansion of an innovative healthcare solution. At the core of the organization’s growth strategy, you will be responsible for building a high-performing sales team, structuring the commercial approach, and positioning the solution as a key player in the Canadian market while preparing for expansion into the United States.
This role requires strong experience in hospital sales within Canada and a deep understanding of healthcare institutions’ operational needs. Familiarity with disinfection, sterilization, or other complex medical technologies is a valuable asset in this specialized environment.
Your mission will be to translate a scientific innovation into concrete and sustainable commercial success. You will work closely with manufacturing, R&D teams, and scientific experts to ensure a compelling, credible value proposition that aligns with evolving market expectations.
Skills and qualifications :
The ideal candidate has several years of experience in commercial leadership within medical technologies, with expertise in product launches and, ideally, international expansion. He possess a strong understanding of the healthcare sector and provincial tender processes, demonstrate mobilizing leadership, and is bilingual.
