Châteauguay, QC (70% in-office with territory travel)

Are you a B2B sales professional who enjoys building customer relationships, developing a territory, and taking the next step into a role with more responsibility?

We are currently recruiting a Territory Sales Manager to join a well-established company offering a structured environment, comprehensive training, and strong career growth opportunities.

Your Role:

  • Develop a territory by identifying new business opportunities.
  • Reactivate and grow existing customer accounts.
  • Convert inbound inquiries into new sales opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with various stakeholders, including contractors, project managers, buyers, managers, and operational teams.
  • Prepare quotes, follow up with customers, and support clients throughout their projects.

Approximate Role Breakdown:

  • 40% prospecting and new business development
  • 30% inbound opportunity conversion
  • 30% account development and customer visits

  • Is bilingual French/English (professional level, approximately 7/10 required).
  • Is comfortable working 70% in-office location and 30% in the field.
  • Understands that site visits are mainly focused on strengthening relationships and supporting customer needs.
