Job description :

 This is a hybrid technical-commercial position combining:

• Business development in Mining, Steel, Cement, Power & Heavy Industry
• Management and expansion of existing distributors  
• Development of key accounts  
• Technical troubleshooting & field support
• Close collaboration with the US-based team

Initial focus: Québec, Sudbury region, Northern Ontario, Central & Eastern Canada.

Skills and qualifications :

• Mechanical or Chemical Engineer
• Experience in Mining, OEM, Steel, Cement, or Power industries
• Strong understanding of industrial equipment & maintenance environments
• Hands-on mindset – able to speak the language of maintenance crews
• Experience in cost proposals & technical concept selling
• Autonomous, entrepreneurial, and comfortable in a stand-alone role
• Bilingual (English/French) strongly preferred
• MLT or CLS certification is an asset
• Lubricants background is not mandatory.
