Job description :

The molding supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of production operations. He or she ensures that production is safe, efficient, and compliant with quality standards, while motivating teams and optimizing processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Supervise molding activities according to the production plan
• Ensure compliance with process parameters, deadlines, and performance objectives
• Coach, train, and motivate production teams
• Guarantee product quality and track non-conformities
• Participate in continuous improvement (productivity, scrap reduction, process optimization)
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Skills and qualifications :

• Technical training in metallurgy, mechanical engineering, or a related field
•  3 to 5 years of experience in casting/foundry work, including supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of casting processes and the ability to read blueprints
• Leadership, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
•  Advanced French | Intermediate English (a plus)
