Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
Our client, a fast-growing technology company undergoing organizational transformation, is looking for a Software Operations Manager to support alignment, execution, and team engagement across its development organization.
This role will act as a true operational right-hand partner to the technology leadership team, helping ensure operational fluidity, coordination of priorities, and the maintenance of a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the link between technology leadership and development teams in order to translate strategic priorities into concrete actions.
- Support the day-to-day coordination of software teams and foster alignment across different technical groups.
- Bring rhythm, structure, and predictability to operational execution.
- Actively contribute to team engagement, team culture, and sense of belonging within a context of organizational evolution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, management routines, and cross-team collaboration practices.
- Act as a trusted operational partner to technical teams in supporting execution, priorities, and operational follow-ups.
- Participate in discussions related to business needs, technical priorities, and initiative coordination.

Skills and qualifications :
- Minimum of 8–10 years of relevant experience within software or technology environments.
- Experience in management, team coordination, or operational leadership roles within technical teams.
- Strong understanding of software development realities and ability to interact with developers and technical leaders.
- Pragmatic, execution-oriented, and mobilizing leadership style.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
- Human-centred, structured, and performance-oriented mindset.
- Bilingualism in French and English is required.
Important Assets:
- Experience within SaaS, cloud, connected products, IoT, or software development environments.
- Experience in organizational transformation, growth, or restructuring contexts.
- Knowledge of technical environments such as C, C++, .NET, Azure, or similar technologies.
