Job description :

Our client is seeking a Construction Manager for a $600M industrial project on a 36-month contract, located in the Greater Montreal area.

Reporting to the Owner's team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all on-site construction activities. You will serve as the primary field leader, ensuring effective coordination between the owner, engineering team, contractors, and all project stakeholders.

This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on construction leader with a proven track record of delivering complex industrial projects while ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are achieved.

Skills and qualifications :

Profile :

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager, Construction Director, or Project Director on large-scale industrial projects.Strong experience working in an EPCM/IPCM environment.
• Background in heavy industrial construction such as cement, mining, metals, energy, pulp & paper, or other process industries.
• Demonstrated leadership managing multidisciplinary teams and multiple contractors.
• Strong commitment to health and safety, excellent communication skills, and a results-oriented approach.
• Bilingual in English and French.
