Job description :

We  are  looking  for  a  Senior  FP&A  Analyst  to  join  the  finance  team  of  a  major  professional  services  organization.  This  strategic  role  works  closely  with  leadership  and  multiple  business  units  to  drive  performance  and  support  decision-making.

Key  Responsibilities :

  • Lead  budgeting  and  long-term  financial  planning.
  • Prepare  management  reports,  dashboards,  and  performance  analyses.
  • Manage  monthly  forecasts  and  identify  risks  and  opportunities.
  • Conduct  financial  modeling,  profitability  analyses,  and  provide  actionable  recommendations.
  • Ensure  reliability  of  financial  KPIs  and  act  as  an  FP&A  resource  person.
  • Support  process  improvements,  automation  initiatives,  and  finance  projects.
  • Act  as  a  business  partner.

Conditions :

  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Location: Montreal, hybrid
  • Salary: $95,000 to $115,000

Skills and qualifications :

Profile :

  • CPA  designation  and  5+  years  of  FP&A  experience.
  • Experience  in  a  professional  services  environment  is  an  asset.
  • Strong  command  of  Excel,  Power  BI,  and  PowerPoint.
  • Excellent  analytical  skills  and  ability  to  translate  financial  data  for  non-financial  stakeholders.
  • Fully  bilingual  French-English.
  • Strong  organizational  skills,  autonomy,  and  ability  to  manage  multiple  priorities.
