Job description :

Join a rapidly growing Quebec-based company specializing in underground infrastructure and trenchless rehabilitation. The Civil Estimator will take ownership of the company’s estimating activities and work directly with the President to ensure a smooth transition and optimize existing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare estimates and bids for civil engineering projects.
• Review plans, specifications, and tender documents.
• Take ownership of and optimize the existing estimating system, primarily Excel-based.
• Improve estimating methods and processes.
• Work closely with the President and the team.

Skills and qualifications :

• 8–10 years of experience in civil construction estimating.
• Experience with watermain, municipal infrastructure, or underground networks.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Highly autonomous, resourceful, and able to become operational quickly.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive.
