Job description :
An international manufacturing company specialized in technical solutions for large-scale infrastructure projects is seeking a Sales Operations & Support Coordinator to support its North American activities.
This position plays a central role in ensuring the efficiency and smooth execution of commercial and logistical activities.
The Role :
Reporting to the North America Sales Manager, you will act as a key administrative and operational partner to the sales team.
This is a strategic support role combining:
- Internal sales support
- North American logistics coordination
- Financial and administrative follow-up
- Accounting support
This is a 100% internal support position. No business development or prospecting responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process and monitor customer and supplier orders
- Coordinate logistics operations (transportation, customs, inventory) across North America
- Manage invoicing and quality certificate follow-up
- Conduct profitability analysis (forecasted vs. actual costs)
- Prepare monthly sales reports and forecasts
- Maintain and update customer records and documentation
- Format and translate technical documentation
- Provide general administrative coordination
You will serve as a key liaison between sales, logistics, and finance.

Skills and qualifications :
Profile Sought :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administration or sales support
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel highly valued)
- Fluency in English and French required
- Accounting knowledge is considered a strong asset
