Job description :

An international manufacturing company specialized in technical solutions for large-scale infrastructure projects is seeking a Sales Operations & Support Coordinator to support its North American activities.

This position plays a central role in ensuring the efficiency and smooth execution of commercial and logistical activities.

The Role :

Reporting to the North America Sales Manager, you will act as a key administrative and operational partner to the sales team.

This is a strategic support role combining:

  • Internal sales support
  • North American logistics coordination
  • Financial and administrative follow-up
  • Accounting support

This is a 100% internal support position. No business development or prospecting responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Process and monitor customer and supplier orders
  • Coordinate logistics operations (transportation, customs, inventory) across North America
  • Manage invoicing and quality certificate follow-up
  • Conduct profitability analysis (forecasted vs. actual costs)
  • Prepare monthly sales reports and forecasts
  • Maintain and update customer records and documentation
  • Format and translate technical documentation
  • Provide general administrative coordination

You will serve as a key liaison between sales, logistics, and finance.

Skills and qualifications :

Profile Sought :

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administration or sales support
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel highly valued)
  • Fluency in English and French required
  • Accounting knowledge is considered a strong asset
