Our client is seeking an ambitious, business-minded    Sales and Marketing Coordinatorto join its growing Montreal team. This positionis ideal for someone eager to launch a career in healthcare communications and sales, with a clear pathway to grow into a client-facing sales role. You will help drive revenue by identifying opportunities, supporting the sales cycle, and contributing to targeted marketing initiatives that position our client as a preferred partner for pharmaceutical and healthcare organizations.

Skills and qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Sciences.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development; exposure to healthcare or pharmaceuticals is an asset.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, market research, and product information to support sales decisions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM and marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French is an asset.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Willingness and ability to work  on-site  full-time at our Montreal office.
