A growing organization is seeking an experienced R&D Formulation Specialist to join its innovation team and contribute to the development of new formulations from concept through commercialization. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse formulation challenges, drive innovation initiatives, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to bring new products to market.

Skills and qualifications :

Key qualifications:

• MSc or PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• Strong formulation development experience with semi-solid, liquid, and/or solid dosage forms
• Experience supporting technology transfer and scale-up activities
• Creative, hands-on approach to problem solving and product development
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced R&D environment
