Job description :

Reporting to the General Manager, the Project Manager plays a key role in the completion of custom industrial projects. You will be responsible for coordinating all stages, from sales to production, ensuring that deadlines, budgets, and technical requirements are met, while maintaining a strong customer relationship.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers;
  • Plan and coordinate technical packaging equipment projects from start to finish;
  • Organize and lead kick-off and follow-up meetings with internal teams (engineering, production);
  • Manage schedules, budgets, and costs;
  • Maintain proactive communication with customers and internal teams;
  • Visit customers as needed to support project completion.

Skills and qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, or equivalent.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial project management.
  • Knowledge of packaging equipment is an asset.
  • Good command of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Leadership, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and under pressure.
