Job description :

In a context of sustained growth and continuous optimization of our operations, we are looking for a production planner to support the organization's manufacturing performance.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain production plans based on forecasts, customer orders, and plant capacity.
• Coordinate the availability of raw materials, components, and required resources.
• Rigorously monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed.
• Collaborate with the engineering, procurement, inventory, and production departments to optimize operational flow.
• Analyze variances, anticipate constraints, and recommend corrective measures.
• Produce and interpret production-related performance indicators (on-time delivery, capacity, inventory levels, etc.)
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills and qualifications :

• Education in operations management, logistics, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in planning or scheduling in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to effectively manage priorities.
• Rigorous, organized, and detail-oriented.
