Your Role :

Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, you are responsible for all production activities. You will lead a manufacturing environment that combines standard products with complex custom projects, ensuring performance, quality, safety, and adherence to deadlines.

Key Responsibilities :

• Achieve production targets (quality, costs, deadlines, OHS)
• Adapt operations to custom projects in collaboration with internal teams
• Manage priorities and ensure smooth coordination between departments
• Monitor performance indicators and optimize operations
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, etc.)
• Motivate, supervise, and develop production teams
