Job description :
Operational marketing management, from planning to execution of campaigns and product lifecycle. Creation of promotional materials and marketing content, coordinating with sales, laboratories and suppliers. Optimizing in-pharmacy visibility through planograms and merchandising tools. Monitoring commercial performance, participating in B2C/B2B events and trade shows, and conducting market research and competitive analysis to provide strategic recommendations.
Skills and qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Product Management, or a related field; understanding of product lifecycle concepts and operational marketing.
- Ability to analyze sales, perform benchmarks, interpret data, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with internal and external teams (sales, operations, suppliers) and present ideas clearly.
- Ability to mane multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and oversee product launches and marketing campaigns.
