Our client is a well-established player in industrial and energy services across Canada, with a strong culture focused on safety, performance, and quality client relationships.
In a growth context, we are looking for a Outside Sales Representative to develop a territory covering Quebec City, surrounding areas, and the Beauce region.
Role breakdown: 60% new business development / 40% account management & growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain an active pipeline (field prospecting, cold calls, networking)
- Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio (upsell / cross-sell)
- Track performance (revenue, volumes, activity)
- Keep CRM up to date and ensure rigorous follow-ups
- Collaborate with internal teams for client onboarding
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $80–90K + uncapped commissions + benefits
- Car allowance: $800/month + fuel card
Skills and qualifications :
- Hunter mindset with strong business development skills
- B2B sales experience with targets / quotas
- Experience in industrial, construction, or fleet services (asset)
- Bilingual French / English
- Comfortable with prospecting, negotiation, and full sales cycle
- Valid driver’s license + vehicle
- Knowledge of the energy sector / fuel / gas / lubricants (asset)
