Job description :

Our client is a company specializing in the manufacture of sports eyewear. It is seeking a new Director of Operations to oversee all operations related to the product life cycle, from design to marketing.

Your role :

Product Development

• Lead the development of collections, from concept to market launch
• Analyze trends and competition to guide product choices
• Collaborate with creative teams on design, packaging, and innovation

Operations & Supply Chain

• Manage inventory forecasts and procurement
• Coordinate manufacturers, logistics, and 3PL partners
• Ensure operational follow-up (transportation, customs, supplier invoicing)

B2B Relations

• Manage relationships with points of sale and commercial partners
• Ensure smooth communication with representatives and partners

Skills and qualifications :

• 2 to 3 years of experience in operations, project management, or product development
• Strong interest in products, the field, and growth environments
• Comfortable with multiple projects simultaneously and cross-functional responsibilities
• Structured, autonomous, solution-oriente
• Good interpersonal skills and collaborative spirit
• Bilingual FR/EN: an asset
