Our client is currently seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Director to propel the brand into its next phase of growth.

Your Role

As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for defining and executing our client’s marketing vision. You will oversee all branding, acquisition, retention, and content initiatives to support our growth objectives and strengthen our market positioning.

You will work closely with the e-commerce, creative, operations, and management teams to ensure a consistent and inspiring brand experience at every touchpoint.

Responsibilities:

Strategy and Leadership:

  • Develop and oversee the company’s overall marketing strategy.
  • Set goals for growth, brand awareness, and performance.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, market expansion, and strategic partnerships.
  • Actively participate in business decisions and strategic planning.

Digital Acquisition and Performance:

  • Oversee acquisition strategies across digital platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and others).
  • Optimize marketing investments and maximize return on investment.
  • Analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Drive growth in sales and customer value.

Brand, Content, and Customer Experience:

  • Develop the brand’s positioning and image.
  • Oversee content strategy and omnichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Lead collection launches, seasonal campaigns, and special projects.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

Team Management:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the marketing team.
  • Set clear priorities and ensure excellence in execution.
  • Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and content creators.

Skills and qualifications :

  • At least 8 years of marketing experience, including several years in a management role.
  • Significant experience in e-commerce, fashion, retail, or consumer brands.
  • Excellent understanding of digital growth and performance strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Inspiring leadership and a collaborative approach.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, self-reliance, and a sense of initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills in French; English is a plus.

You’ll stand out if you have:

  • Previous experience contributing to the rapid growth of a DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) brand.
  • A strong understanding of fashion, lifestyle, and social media trends.
  • Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and digital advertising platforms.
