Job description :

Under the supervision of the plant manager, the maintenance supervisor plans, organizes, and coordinates maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and performance. He or she is responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance, continuous equipment improvement, and the development and design of tools to effectively support production.

Main responsibilities :

• Ensure compliance with OHS rules;
• Plan and prioritize maintenance work;
• Supervise the maintenance team and subcontractors;
• Optimize equipment reliability and efficiency;
• Develop and design tools to effectively support production;
• Manage CMMS, maintenance KPIs, budgets, and procurement;
• Participate in process improvement and team development.

Skills and qualifications :

Required profile :

• College diploma in electromechanics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or equivalent;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance supervision in a manufacturing environment;
• Good knowledge of production equipment and CMMS;
• Leadership, organizational skills, and good communication skills.
