Job description :

As an innovative manufacturing company (CNC, rheomolding, robotics), we are seeking a maintenance manager to ensure the reliability and performance of equipment in an automated environment.

ROLE :

• Plan and optimize preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
• Ensure equipment availability (CNC, robotics, automation)
• Diagnose failures and coordinate repairs
• Monitor KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, availability) and manage the budget
• Oversee major downtime and external suppliers
• Contribute to continuous improvement and compliance with OHS/quality standards

Skills and qualifications :

• Degree in mechanical engineering, electromechanical engineering, or industrial maintenance
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing maintenance
• Experience with CNC, automation, and robotics (a plus)
• On-site leadership, analytical mindset, and solution-oriented approach
