We are looking for a Dental Equipment Sales Specialist for the Vancouver region, with experience in B2B consultative sales and a focus on helping dental practices improve efficiency and patient experience through advanced equipment and technology solutions.

The ideal candidate is skilled in building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying practice needs, and delivering tailored solutions aligned with clinical, operational, and financial objectives.

We are looking for someone with proven ability to manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and needs analysis to solution design, implementation, and post-sale support. Experience coordinating complex projects, including office build-outs and renovations, while collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless execution is essential.

We are also looking for a strong communicator with a consistent track record of achieving sales targets through strategic planning, market insight, and value-based selling.

Skills and qualifications :

We are looking for a candidate with experience in the dental industry but could also be open for someone selling capital equipement in B2B.
