Job description :

International company experiencing strong growth in the industrial safety solutions (PPE) space, recognized for the quality of its products and its distribution network, is looking to strengthen its presence across Québec.

We are looking for a motivated junior profile eager to learn, develop quickly, and grow within a hands-on, coached environment.

Role :

  • Manage and grow a network of distributors across Québec (60%)
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities (40%)
  • Conduct client visits, product presentations, and demos
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking in CRM
  • Contribute to territory growth (target ~20–25%)
