Job description :

Key Responsibilities :

• Support outside sales representatives in managing customer accounts
• Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up on deliveries
• Respond to customer inquiries (pricing, availability, technical specifications)
• Maintain up-to-date customer records and ensure excellent after-sales service
• Act as a key support resource for the field sales team

Skills and qualifications :

 Profile Requirements :

• Experience in the steel industry or metal products industry (essential)
• Experience in sales support and direct customer interaction
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Bilingual French / English (spoken and written)
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
