Job description :
Mandate :
Provide customer service (phone, email, counter) by offering technical advice and solutions, mainly in hydraulics, with knowledge of bearings, belts, and power transmission.
Key responsibilities :
- Advise on and select hydraulic components according to needs.
- Prepare bids, estimates, and commercial offers.
- Process purchase requests and follow up with customers.
- Develop sales through cross-selling and upselling.
- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Conditions offered :

Skills and qualifications :
- College diploma or equivalent experience.
- ~5 years of technical experience.
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
