Position Summary :

Reporting to the Sales Director, the Inside Sales Representative is responsible for managing customer relationships, processing orders, and preparing quotations. This role plays a key part in supporting sales activities and ensuring customer satisfaction, while collaborating closely with the external sales team and other departments.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to meet customer needs and promote products and services.
  • Prepare quotations, process orders, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Advise customers on product lines and negotiate terms according to company policies.
  • Maintain an up-to-date customer database and contribute to sales strategy development.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and foster client loyalty.

Skills and qualifications :

Profile Sought :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales or B2B customer service.
  • Strong communication, priority management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with sales management software and office tools.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) required.
  • Team-oriented, autonomous, and customer-focused mindset.
