Salary : 60-65k or higher depending on relevant industry experience

Position type: permanent contract

Our client is a company specializing in the plastics industry. It is looking for a new Inside Sales Representative to support daily sales operations and ensure exceptional customer service.

Your role:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Prepare and send quotations based on customer requests.
• Enter and follow up on orders in the ERP system (Oracle).
• Request pricing and place purchase orders with manufacturers.
• Ensure timely follow-up on deliveries and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with the fabrication department and other internal teams.
• Manage a daily flow of approximately 15–20 orders and 15–20 quotations.

Skills and qualifications :

• Experience in customer service or inside sales (industrial or manufacturing environment is an asset).
•  Comfortable working with digital tools, especially Oracle (ERP), Outlook, and Teams.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (an asset).
• Strong understanding of imperial and metric measurements (inches, feet, etc.).
• Accuracy and attention to detail in data entry.
• Team player with strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Bilingual (French / English)
• Perform various additional administrative or operational tasks as needed.
