Your Role :

As an electromechanic, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the proper functioning, maintenance, and optimization of our production equipment. You will work on a variety of machines, such as molding equipment, CNC machining centers, injection molding machines, and their auxiliary systems.

Your Responsibilities :

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Conduct preventive inspections to maintain equipment performance and reliability.
• Identify the causes of breakdowns and implement sustainable solutions.
• Participate in the improvement and modification of equipment according to production needs.
• Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, and technical documents.
• Assemble, adjust, and install mechanical and electromechanical components.
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement projects.
• Perform welding and conventional machining tasks.
• Support the team in various related technical tasks.

Skills and qualifications :

• Training in electromechanics, industrial mechanics, or a related field (DEP, DEC, or equivalent).
• Experience in a manufacturing environment (a significant asset).
• Solid knowledge of mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Skills in welding and machining.
• Independence, resourcefulness, and a strong team spirit.
