Job description :

We are currently recruiting a General Manager for a major medical clinic in the Montreal region.

The successful candidate will provide both strategic and operational leadership for the organization. They will be responsible for the development and execution of the business plan, financial governance, and full P&L accountability. This includes budget management, financial statement analysis, margin optimization, rigorous cost control, and efficient resource allocation.

From an operational perspective, the General Manager will oversee clinical and administrative teams, drive organizational development initiatives, lead change management efforts, and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure continuous process improvement and regulatory compliance.

Working closely with the Medical Director, the GM will play a critical role in ensuring sustainable growth, strong financial performance, and the highest standards of clinical excellence.
