The Company:

Solidly established in Canada, this company is a recognized leader in the design and production of specialty industrial solutions serving diverse B2B markets including agri-food, institutional, industrial, and petrochemical segments. The organization is currently seeking an Executive Vice-President to lead its Canadian operations.

Your Role:

• Having experienced significant growth over the past several years and operating multiple manufacturing facilities across Canada, we are looking for a candidate to successfully manage the day-to-day operations and drive the continued growth of the company through passionate leadership and a constant commitment to innovation.
• Reporting to President, this position plays an essential role within the strategic and operational direction of the organization.
• The successful candidate will act as an inspiring and passionate leader who motivates and collectively engages employees to exceed company objectives, ensures cross-functional collaboration and transparent communication across all divisions, and delivers results through realistic yet ambitious budgets.

Skills and qualifications :

• The successful candidate must hold a bachelor's degree in business administration or a scientific discipline, preferably in chemistry, and possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Full bilingualism in French and English is required
• The candidate must be available and willing to travel approximately 20% of the time
• Demonstrate ease in working within multicultural environments
• Possess a strong ability to analyze and interpret financial reports
