Job description :
Our client, a manufacturing leader on the South Shore, is looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant to actively participate in the company's growth. The position comes with a handsome salary, group insurance, a generous vacation policy and an ultra-stimulating work environment.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage the boss's agenda and plan his travel (trips, meetings, etc.).
- Organize structured meetings with clear follow-up.
- Coordinate vacation schedules and team timetables.
- Organize internal and external events (trade shows, parties, marketing).
- Participate in the recruitment process and integration of new employees.
- Office management: administrative tasks, coordinating deliveries, monitoring stock, negotiating with carriers, etc.
- Delegate the right tasks to the right people and supervise their completion.
- Rigorously follow up on all aspects of the company's operations.
- Support the boss by freeing him/her from all related tasks so that he/she can concentrate on growth.
- Be the “go-to” person for all technology-related matters: software, productivity tools, automation, team support.
Skills and qualifications :
- Bilingual (French/English), comfortable on the phone and in writing.
- Very good command of technological tools (Google, Office 365, CRM, etc.) and able to train others as needed.
- Minimum 10 years' experience as an administrative assistant.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset.
- Strong sense of initiative, resourcefulness and autonomy.
- Ability to manage several projects in parallel in a changing environment.
- Natural leadership, practicality and excellent adaptability.
- No telecommuting - physical presence is essential for the smooth running of the team.
