Job description :

Are you looking for a strategic operational position where your decisions have a tangible impact on performance and customer satisfaction? We are looking for a Shipping Coordinator to strengthen our evening shift team in a professional environment where your initiative and autonomy are valued.

Main responsibilities :

• Ensure comprehensive tracking of shipments and coordinate evening shift departures.
• Verify order compliance and ensure shipment accuracy.
• Confirm shipments in the ERP (P21 or other) and trigger invoicing.
• Prepare shipping documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, sales, and carriers.

Skills and qualifications :

• Experience in shipping, logistics, or coordination in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP (P21: an asset).
• Rigorous, organized, able to prioritize, and effective communicator.
• Available Monday through Friday, 4 p.m. to midnight, and comfortable working in the field.
