Job description :

Our client is a well-established medical expert clinic seeking a Director of Operations. Reporting to the Vice President, you will be responsible for the clinic’s overall performance. Your mission is to ensure operational excellence, recruit and retain a network of high-level medical experts, and drive business growth with legal and corporate clients.

4. Leadership and Administration

Skills and qualifications :

Education: University degree or college diploma (DEC) in business administration or healthcare management

Experience: Minimum of 5 to 7 years in a management role, ideally in healthcare, insurance, or legal services.

Key Skills:

• Ability to be an effective coach to build a motivated and engaged team. Strong leadership and excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of issues related to medical expertise (CNESST procedures, disability insurance, etc.).
• Exceptional rigor and strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable negotiating with physicians as well as clients (corporate HR departments, lawyers, prevention mutuals, etc.).
• Bilingualism — intermediate level English.
