Work location: Montérégie, QC - Hybrid

Salary: $95,000 to $120,000

Position type: Permanent

Our client is a growing organization operating in a complex, multi-entity environment, currently undergoing a significant financial and operational transformation. With a strong focus on optimizing systems, improving data quality, and enhancing decision-making capabilities, the company is investing in modernizing its financial infrastructure. In this context, it is seeking a Finance & Transformation Business Partner to play a key role at the intersection of finance, systems, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Active participation in a major financial transformation program, including the implementation and optimization of financial systems at both corporate and operational levels, for both a holding company and an operating entity
  • Contribution to ensuring the quality, reliability, and consistency of financial data following system implementations
  • Participation in structuring and evolving financial reporting, including the definition and harmonization of intercompany flow as well as consolidation rules
  • Preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for multiple entities
  • Preparation of periodic consolidated financial statements for all sister companies
  • Responsibility for the month-end close process and the annual audit file
  • Analysis of monthly financial results to identify, document, and communicate significant performance variances
  • Close collaboration with administrative, FP&A, operations, logistics, and commercial teams
  • Strong understanding of actual operational flows, field constraints, and key performance drivers

Skills and qualifications :

  • CPA designation
  • 7 to 10 years of relevant experience, ideally in a complex operational environment
  • Experience with ERP system implementation (an asset)
  • Excellent command of advanced Excel and BI tools, with strong familiarity with AI tools
  • Bilingualism required (French and English, spoken and written)
  • Experience with multi-currency environments, intercompany reconciliations, and consolidation
  • Demonstrate autonomy, agility, and adaptability
  • Ability to work in ambiguous environments
  • High level of discretion
