Job description :
Our client is an industrial manufacturing company that helps other businesses build their products.
They specialize in manufacturing complex metal parts (enclosures, structures, equipment), as well as prototyping and assembling electromechanical systems.
Main Objective :
- Develop new business opportunities
- Build strong client relationships
- Position the company’s solutions as market leaders
Key Responsibilities :
- Market Expansion
- Prospect new clients
- Explore emerging sectors (robotics, energy, transportation, etc.)
Sales Cycle Management
- Manage the entire process from prospecting to closing
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and lead negotiations
Technical Analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Assess feasibility and propose tailored solutions
Strategic Monitoring
- Track market trends and competitors
- Adjust business strategies accordingly
Representation
- Represent the company to clients
- Participate in events, trade shows, and networking activities
Other Duties
- Perform any other related responsibilities associated with the role
Skills and qualifications :
Profile Sought :
- University degree (marketing, engineering, business, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial environment
- Strong technical profile with a solid analytical mindset
- Excellent interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence
- Bilingual in French and English (international clients)
