Job description :

Our client, a well-established global pharmaceutical company, is seeking a Business Analyst. This is a key role focused on turning data into a true driver of business performance.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Promoting a data-driven culture by enabling decision-making at all levels of the organization
• Bridging data engineering and data visualization by designing high-performing Power BI dashboards
• Analyzing and documenting business requirements, including processes, data flows, and BI needs
• Managing the full BI lifecycle, including stakeholder workshops, requirements gathering, delivery, and continuous improvement

Skills and qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Intelligence, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in data analytics or a related role; experience in the pharmaceutical industry is considered a strong asset
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, DataViz) — required
• Experience with data warehousing (BigQuery, SQL) and an interest in data engineering — required
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Git (version control), and API integration — an asset
• Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written — required
