To support its administrative department, the company is seeking an Accounting Clerk who will play a key role in managing day-to-day financial operations within a structured and dynamic environment.
Main responsibilities :
- Manage accounts receivable
- Follow up on communications and collections
- Prepare invoices; process supplier and subcontractor invoices
- Data entry and payment tracking
- Administrative tasks including government remittances, lien waivers, bonds, notices, bookkeeping, and bank transactions
- Manage files related to CCQ, RBQ, and CNESST

Skills and qualifications :
- 5–10 years of relevant experience (required)
- DEP or DEC in Accounting
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Sage 50 (required)

- Organized, detail-oriented, and people-oriented
- Knowledge of the construction industry (an asset)
