Job description :

Our client is an industrial manufacturing company that helps other businesses build their products.

They specialize in manufacturing complex metal parts (enclosures, structures, equipment), as well as prototyping and assembling electromechanical systems.

Main Objective :

• Manage client relationships
• Ensure order follow-up and customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities :

Customer Service

• Respond promptly to inquiries (email/phone)
• Provide accurate service and exceed expectations

Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Act as the main point of contact for special projects

Order Follow-up

• Regularly review open orders
• Ensure full follow-up through to delivery

Internal Coordination

• Communicate client issues internally
• Coordinate orders, changes, and quotations

Planning & Logistics

• Plan deliveries (just-in-time)
• Manage delays and propose solutions

Data Management

• Maintain contracts and orders
• Track forecasts (products and revenue)

Other Duties

• Perform any other related responsibilities associated with the role

Skills and qualifications :

Profile Sought :

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong proficiency in Excel
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Strong interpersonal skills (confidence, ease in building relationships)
• Ability to work under pressure
• Positive and energetic attitude
• Bilingual in French and English
