Key Responsibilities:

• Process and enter day-to-day accounting transactions.
• Monitor accounts payable and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Prepare electronic fund transfers and payments.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and account reviews.
• Support intercompany accounting transactions and reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end activities, including journal entries.
• Contribute to process improvements and internal control initiatives.

Skills and qualifications :

• Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of the full accounting cycle.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage priorities independently and efficiently.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingualism in French and English is an asset.
