Job description :

Our client is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL), a field-based scientific role within the Medical Affairs team.In this position, you will act as a scientific expert and a key point of contact between the company and the medical community in the province of Ontario. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining high-level scientific relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), specialist physicians, and hospital centers, while ensuring the delivery of non-promotional, evidence-based medical information.

You will also contribute to scientific intelligence gathering, support internal cross-functional teams, and help align medical strategies with field insights and clinical needs.

Skills and qualifications :

• Advanced degree in life sciences (PhD, MD, PharmD, or MSc in Pharmacy)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Medical Science Liaison or in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, ideally in hematology, oncology, or neurology
• Excellent ability to translate and communicate complex scientific concepts through scientific storytelling and formal presentations to diverse audiences, ranging from internal teams to internationally recognized clinicians
• Strong scientific background with solid knowledge of clinical research methodologies and a deep understanding of drug development processes
