Job description :
We’re hiring for our partner, a well-established company in the building materials sector.
We’re looking for a Quotation Specialist to analyze project specs, identify suitable or alternative products, request pricing from suppliers, and support clients and reps throughout the bidding process.
Key responsibilities:
- Review project specs and identify compatible products
- Find equivalent/alternative items in the product range
- Request special pricing and prepare quotations
- Enter bids into the management system
- Respond to customer inquiries and follow up
- Collaborate with sales reps and engineers to meet project needs
Offer:
- Permanent full-time position (39.5h/week)

Skills and qualifications :
- DEC in building mechanics or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in quoting or 5+ years in customer service
- Knowledge of plumbing products/market is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office, strong written/spoken French
