A world leader in aluminum port facilities, our client is actively seeking a Senior Project Manager to complement their current team. Headquartered in the North Shore of Montreal and recognized worldwide for its know-how, this continuously growing company designs and manufactures products and equipment for the nautical/naval world.

Main responsibilities:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will hold a pivotal role within our organization, serving as a key driver for the successful execution of projects. Your extensive experience and strategic vision will be instrumental in leading project teams, ensuring project objectives are met, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

• Project Planning and Prioritization
• Supervision and training of the team
• Evaluate and motivate the collective and individual performance of the team.
• Implement indicators based on company objectives.
• Presentation and facilitation of meetings to demonstrate the progress of projects.
• Establish and adhere to project budgets.
• Administrative tracking of projects
• Site visits (approximately 30% of the time)

Skills and qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, civil or construction engineering or related field
• Between 6 to 8 years of experience in the manufacturing or construction field
• Mastery of Auto-Cad
• Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken
• Enjoys the small business atmosphere and loves to travel
